Terms and conditions of purchase

Delivery period:
Although we do not keep a stock of our massage products, we can promise a delivery time of 2-5 days within Sweden. For customers abroad, payment is by card or in advance, and delivery within 5-20 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. Each product is manufactured to order.
Delivery cost:
Delivery cost is added to all orders and is partly based on the weight of the products ordered. The delivery cost is also calculated using the method of freight that is the quickest and that the freight company considers to be standard for the destination. Delivery:
Delivery is by DHL or post. You can track your order via Internet as soon as it has left us. Trade terms; EXW, CPT and DDU according to Incoterms 2000
Terms of payment:
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor, and are shown with and without value added tax. For private individuals and companies within Sweden, sales are either against invoice which becomes payable 10 or 30 days after the date of invoice, against payment in advance or against credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
A credit check is carried out for sales against invoice. If the credit check is not approved, only payment in advance or card payment is acceptable. Overdue payments are charged an annual interest on late payment of the amount outstanding of eight (8) percent above the applicable reference interest (formerly base rate) as from the due date.
For private individuals and companies abroad, only payment in advance or card payment are accepted. No goods will be delivered until payment in full has been received.
N.B. Members of the European Union ( EU ) who have a valid VAT Reg number can utilize it for making the purchase VAT (25% ) exclusive by choosing payment procedure: Invoice within EU.Members of the EU who pay via credit card or do not have any VAT Reg. no, will be charged with Swedish VAT (25%).
Repossession clause:
Stjernsundsprodukter/INS AB reserves the right to repossess the goods until payment in full has been received by us or by a credit/finance company appointed by us.
Ownership right clause:
Stjernsundsprodukter/INS AB reserves the ownership right to the goods sold until payment in full has been received by us or by a credit/finance company appointed by us.
Right to cancel
A cancellation period applies in accordance with §10 of the Swedish Remote Agreement Act (SFS 2000:274). According to this Act, you may cancel the agreement within 14 days, the so-called CANCELLATION PERIOD. The cancellation period is calculated as from the day you received the goods. However, the cancellation right does not apply if you have assembled the goods and used it, or if it has been ordered to any other design than those offered by our standard range. The cancellation right only applies if the goods and the original packaging are in essentially unchanged condition. The only thing you need to remember is that you will have to pay for the return freight for a purchase you are regretting - and that the goods must be saleably packaged and in the same state as at reception. If you want to exercise your right to cancel, we recommend that you contact Stjernsundsprodukter for further information. Repayment is done by crediting a debit/credit card or by returning the advance payment to a customer's account.
Claims against guarantee:
The guarantee applies to the construction, manufacture and assembly carried out by us before the goods leave us. Wear or incorrect or negligent use by you as a customer is not covered by the guarantee. The risk inherent in the goods transfers to the buyer once the goods have been handed over to the freighter. This means that you as a customer have a liability to check the packaging before you sign for the goods, in order to avoid goods damaged during transport. For faults in the product that have not arisen through transport damage, please contact Stjernsundsprodukter within a reasonable period after receipt of the product. You will then receive a form on which to specify the damage and we ask you to photograph the product. For approved claims against the guarantee, we take care of the return of the product and pay you compensation within a reasonable time. Repayment is made by means of crediting a debit/credit card or by returning the advance payment to a customer's account.
Transport damage:
This should be reported to the freighter's customer service and to Stjernsundsprodukter on the day of delivery. The name of the freighter is shown on the address label on the packaging. Guarantees:
The guarantee for the products covers construction and manufacture, and the assembly done by us. We offer 10 years' guarantee on the tables and the Energy chair and 5 years on our stools. Guarantee documentation always accompanies the product, together with care instructions.

Fact and price information are provided with reservation for printing errors and changes.
