The small, flexible and beautiful wooden stool of Japanese design has found a home both in meditation rooms and in restaurants. The meditation stool is the newest member of our stool family. The stool is made from birch with sections in oak. It offers a balanced and relaxed sitting position. The seat is scooped and with no upholstery. The design is inspired by Japan, and made completely from solid wood.

It weighs 1 kg and is only 30 cm wide. The angle and the scooped seat make it comfortable to sit on for a long time. The stool is 20 cm high at the back and 13 cm at the front, and the depth is around 20 cm.

The easiest way of sitting down on it is to kneel on the floor, and then place the stool under your seat with the stool foot between your legs.
