Scooped wooden arm rests for Stjernsund table

The arm rests are foldable around the front pair of legs. The arm rest itself is attached to a "swing arm" which can also be adjusted in height by pushing in a plastic strip attached to the leg of the table (maximum height is about 2 cm from the table edge and the minimum is around 10 cm from the table edge). The arm rest slides with some friction along the swing arm, which means that you can set it close to or far away from the table.

Advantages of wooden arm rests: They fit inside the table when folded. The knob is much appreciated during treatment while lying on the stomach, as it makes it possible to "steer" the arm rest to a suitable position while lying down. The arm rests fit inside the table during transport.

Disadvantages of wooden arm rests: The wooden knob can feel uncomfortable against the back of the hand if treatment is given with client lying on the back. The arm rests are slightly shorter than the upholstered ones, and slightly lower (max 0.5 cm).

The arm rests can be bought separately if you wish to change the ones you have for any reason, or if you choose to buy arm rests as separate accessories for your Primo 68 or your Quattro table. Swing arms must be installed on the table at the time of purchase.

Note that the table must have swing arms installed in order to hold the arm rests. If your table lacks swing arms, you CANNOT fit separate arm rests.

Mini 52 cm and Primo Mini 20 cm come with one pair of arm rests included at purchase.
Note that you CANNOT fit all table models with arm rests.
